VIP staffing is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Tech for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM.
This is Full-Time, Temp-to-hire - Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30 with a 30 min lunch.
Pay is $15 per hour.
As Manufacturing Tech, you will:
- Perform setup, calibration, assembly, soldering, and operation of production and testing equipment across all departments.
- Troubleshoot and solve manufacturing issues, ensuring smooth operations in each department.
- Record observations and findings during the assembly process in all departments and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure work instructions and safety protocols are strictly followed in each department.
- Conduct functionality tests and inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
