Manufacturing Technician (Assembly)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembly, setup and buyoff for semiconductor equipment system.
• Supporting daily production operation
• Perform mechanic skills including, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of equipment system.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instruction and work orders to perform required assembly jobs.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Supporting engineers in reduce cycle time and quality improvement project
• Perform daily 5S housekeeping of production area
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
