L3Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at our Orange, VA location. This site is our center of excellence for Solid Rocket Motor Propulsion and Energetics development as well as high-complexity production programs.

Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Technician performs a wide range of duties within the manufacturing operations area. They apply specialized manufacturing knowledge to basic problems to come up with logical answers. This position will perform functions such as fabrication of components, clean and assemble equipment, cleans tools, parts, and work area, operate machinery.

Essential Functions:

  • Precision Assembly of complex aerospace components.
  • Pressure test, bond, assemble, precision part clean, mix adhesive, torque fasteners, and all other duties and tasks required to assemble and prepare for shipment of products.
