Experience

  • 2–3 years experience in electronics or precision assembly manufacturing
  • Hands‑on experience with manual jigs and semi‑automatic machines
  • Proven experience in machine setup, model changeover, and troubleshooting

Technical Skills (Must‑Have)

  • Able to set up machines and jigs according to product model and specifications
  • Able to perform model changeover and fine adjustment to meet dimensional requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting skills covering:
    1. Electrical (sensors, wiring, motors, relays)
    2. Mechanical (alignment, fixtures, wear, loose parts)
  • Able to use measuring tools (vernier caliper, go/no‑go gauge)
  • Able to read basic drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance and downtime reduction
