Manufacturing Technician

• Coordinate for new machines/equipment’s procurement along with the Manufacturing Engineer or the automation team
• Coordinate with the Automation team to execute projects.
• Train and guide trainees on Machine panel wiring, selection of components, and panel layout planning.
• PLC Programming of new equipment, Modifications/ improvements in existing equipment.
• Machine safety systems improvements.
• Generate electrical circuits in Elecworks.
• Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels, and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required
• Coach and develop a high-performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements
• Authorized for LOTO & Removal of Machine Guarding and working beyond machine guards.
