- Use practical knowledge of product design and assembly in production.
- Design processes and procedures that help the company meet financial, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Design and development of new products and product prototypes.
- Ensure collaboration and cohesion by participating in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings.
- Establish and maintain an effective and efficient work flow
- Develop new solutions to existing problems in the manufacturing process
