Job Description:
  • The Manufacturing Test Technician is a highly developed individual contributor responsible for performing complex testing and troubleshooting activities.
  • This role works autonomously, applies judgment and initiative, and may mentor lower-level peers while supporting operational goals through accurate and efficient test execution.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • Strong background in electrical testing and debugging.
    • Experience:
  • Experience working autonomously on complex testing assignments.
  • Experience providing guidance and mentoring to lower-level technicians.
  • Experience performing troubleshooting and test validation.
