+ Develop high quality PDP’s for all direct reports and hold regular reviews measuring performance against the set objectives and development plans.
+ Develop his VS team’s skills to ensure we have the right set-up in terms of competencies, mind sets and behaviors to deliver a world-class quality and efficiency.
