Position focused on the introduction of new products and management of new projects. Key qualifications: 1. Several years in project planning, field experience, and technical environments. 2. Solid grasp of engineering principles, design software (SolidWorks & AutoCAD), data analysis, and project management tools. - Budgeting, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines. 3. Excellent communication (written and verbal), leadership, problem-solving decision-making, and time management. 4. Be able to manage disciplines, suppliers, and stakeholders. 5. Ensuring compliance with standards, conducting training teams. Valued certification/plus PMP Project Management Professional Another recognized project management certification Assist with updating AutoCAD layouts for service centers Assist with designing fixtures for equipment storage and transport (Able to put into production) Assist with integration of processes from US to Mexico Assist with writing technical documents from process flow maps Focus on cost reduction projects. Provide updated information on the status of engineering projects. Job experience: Engineer degree (Industrial or related) 4 - 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience. 2-3 years of experience in new product introduction. Projects management. Management of technical staff. Management of Office, AutoCAD, EPR,WI. IQ/OQ PFMEA's Risk Assessments Visa Bi-lingual English/Spanish *Salary open to negotiation *CV must be sent in English
