Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the field of electrophysiology, preferably as a clinical specialist, mapping technician, or similar roles. Proven experience providing in-lab support during procedures (ablations, electrophysiology studies, etc.). Previous participation in product launches, trainings, and post-sales support (preferred). Proficiency in 3D mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite, Rhythmia, or others). Strong knowledge of: Ability to interpret electroanatomical maps and support physicians in optimizing the procedure Excellent customer relationship skills: effective communication, empathy, and a focus on high-quality support.
