As part of the Marketing Communications Center of Excellence, the MarComm Technology & Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling technology-driven marketing excellence across 100+ brands globally. This position combines expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM), marketing technology enablement, and competitive intelligence to ensure scalable, efficient, and insight-driven communications. The role will partner with cross‑functional teams to standardize processes, optimize tools, and deliver actionable insights that empower business units and elevate brand performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

  • Own the governance and optimization of DAM platforms to ensure global accessibility and compliance.
  • Define and maintain taxonomy, metadata standards, tagging structures, and naming conventions for consistent asset organization.
