Position Description:

  • To assist the Marina Manager in carrying out the day-to-day duties of the management of the Marina and in the absence of the Marina Manager, to perform such duties as required ensuring continual delivery of service.
  • Assists with the daily financial transactions and software operating program. (i.e. Harbour Management System and Point of Sales).
  • Assists with staff petty cash floats and daily reconciliation reports.
  • Performs office administration duties, which may include answering phone, emails, fax and general inquiries in the absence of Marina Manager or designate.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all aspects of the Port Dover Harbour Marina operation.
  • Provide support to Port Dover Harbour Marina attendants, patrons, contractors and community partners to help create an environment of teamwork and collaboration. Monitors contractors working on site. Ensures necessary access and compliance...
