Marine Designer Technologist - VICTORIA, BC

We’re looking for a talented Intermediate Marine Systems Designer – Technologist to join our mechanical systems team and work on a variety of vessel refit and new design projects. The work ranges from smaller equipment installs to full vessel system designs, so there’s plenty of variety and room to grow. You will need to have some understanding of marine engineering and naval architecture, as well as strong drafting skills and an eye for detail.

Most of your time will be spent in the office doing design and production work, with regular opportunities to head into shipyards and onboard vessels. Site work includes things like 3D laser scanning, inspections, surveys, data collection, and commissioning support—ideal for someone who likes seeing their designs come to life in the real world.
