About The Role
We are seeking a Marine Engineer to join our team on a seasonal basis from March to October/November 2026. This role involves maintaining marine assets, including vessels and pontoons, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation. You will work on a rotational roster at our pontoon based in Talbot Bay, with days off spent in Broome.

As the ideal candidate you have an eye for detail and take pride in your work. You are both a collaborative team member and capable of working independently, using your initiative and problem-solving abilities. Your proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude will drive you to achieve optimal outcomes for business operations.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Fire training including a valid COST/STCW or advanced firefighting are considered highly desirable.
All candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as part of the onboarding stage.
