Purpose

  • The Discipline Manager's purpose is to enable the Company to meet its strategic objectives through the development of their assigned Engineering Discipline organisation

    • Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining and developing discipline team skill set.
  • You are responsible for allocating resources to ensure deliverables related to global performance and station keeping is completed per budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements.
  • You take ownership of engineering and/or design activities within the Discipline
  • You manage uncertainty and provide guidance to the team in order that designs are properly executed and risk is managed to reduce negative impact to the overall project.
  • You coordinate with other Discipline Managers to monitor interfaces and collectively increase engineering performance.
