  • Communicate and plan the joining of the Seafarers on their respective vessels.
  • Communicate with the vessels/agents as required for smooth joining of Seafarers.
  • Advise on and monitor travel arrangements done by Travel Coordinators.
  • Carry out documentation checks of Seafarers and arrange medical examination for Seafarers.
  • Arrange Visa & related document, travel tickets, hotels, and other logistic arrangements for Seafarers.
  • Maintain records in the Crewing software.
  • Any other job as required.

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate with good communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Local resident of Mumbai.
