Boat Rigger / Marine & Powersports Service Technician

Location: Gibbons, AB

Pay: $24$40+/hour depending on experience

Who Were Looking For

You know your way around boats, sleds, ATVs and side-by-sides, or youre an automotive/heavy-duty tech whos ready to bring those skills into the marine and powersports world.

Youre comfortable troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and rigging issues. Can follow a work order, care about safety, and quality.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Rigging aluminum boats with outboards, controls, hydraulic steering, gauges and accessories.

  • Installing and repairing marine AC/DC electrical systems.

  • Wiring electronics like sonar, navigation and communication gear in a clean, organized way.

  • Servicing and repairing boats, Mercury engines, ATVs, SSVs and snowmobiles from major brands.

  • Using diagnostic programs to find and fix the real problem, not just the symptom.
