Pay Rate: $30/hour and $660/week per diem Job Description: Perform fillet and butt welds using the SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GMAW-P processes (multi-pass) in 2G, 3G, and 4G positions. Utilize an oxygen/propane heating torch effectively. Engage in grinding and pick-up work as required. Conduct air carbon arc gouging as needed. Use fillet and butt gauges correctly. Possess thorough knowledge of various metal characteristics and appropriate welding techniques. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of relevant welding experience in naval or commercial settings.
