Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality travel services for marine and corporate clients.
• Manage the full travel process, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, visa coordination, and ground transportation.
• Supervise daily operations of the travel team.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, marine fare rules, and service level agreements.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Act as escalation point for complex bookings and client concerns.
• Maintain accuracy in fare applications, ticketing, and adherence to visa and port regulations.
• Provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis for urgent or last‑minute changes.
• Issue, reissue, and refund air tickets in accordance with fare rules.
