Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Operator - Junior Level at Next Maritime located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Agency Operator will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to worldwide shipping agency services.
  • The role will also involve providing round-the-clock service to clients and ensuring the individual needs of each client are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a customer service agent (English Speaking accounts) is a must.
  • Experience with a ship agency is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
