Market Access Manager

Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop access strategy in high value accounts
  • Design and implement tailored account plans based on a deep understanding of payer segmentation and financial dynamics, ensuring strategic approaches that effectively support the adoption and implementation of our value proposition.
  • Plan, develop and implement access strategies aligned to Health Authority requirements, to ensure that the company achieves strategic business objectives and financial goals.
  • Strategic thinking, understanding payers, health authorities, KOL needs, identify issues and opportunities, develop targeted multifaceted solutions, find ways to operate differently by focusing on high added value tasks.
  • Build relevant, solid value arguments to lead in payer and targeted high value account visits.
  • Execute access strategy
