Market Data Administration Analyst

We are seeking a bright and capable Market Data Administration Analyst to join our Manila-based team. This role supports the governance, management, and optimization of market data across the organization, ensuring data integrity, cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and alignment with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across trading, finance, technology, and procurement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Market Data inventory database
• Manage end-to-end service provisioning requests for new and incremental market data products, including securing cost approvals
• Process service tickets to add, cancel, or reassign market data services due to role changes, moves, or departures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely installation of market data products on user desktops
