Market Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote the company’s loan and financial products
• Develop and maintain relationships with cooperatives, business partners, and clients
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand client bas
• Assist in evaluating client applications and verifying client information as needed
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve marketing strategies
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and market activitie
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
• With at least 1 year of experience in cooperative, lending, or microfinance industry
• Preferably knowledgeable in field marketing and client relationship management
