The Role:

Venture Smarter is looking for a strategic and results-driven Market Growth Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our reach and driving sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth in new and existing markets.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Create and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with product and business development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demand.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a market growth, business development, or similar strategic role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of market research, data analytics, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
