Gather and analyze data for accurate and confident decision‑making and sourcing strategy. Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques after evaluating market conditions.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Track market intelligence requests daily and ensure all are closed within 24‑36 hours; distribute requests to vertical leaders if they exceed daily capacity.
