YOUR MISSION : LAUNCH AND GROW NEW MARKETS WITHIN THE UK

As the Market Opener UK, you will:

Business Development & Sales


•Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the UK.


•Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects.


•Pitch and negotiate with decision-makers in retail, hospitality, mobility, and entertainment.


•Collaborate with the International Business Manager on high-value strategic deals.

Market Expansion & Strategy


•Act as the first representative in the region, laying the groundwork for future growth.


•Adapt go-to-market strategies to local needs and ensure brand visibility.


•Report insights and recommendations to HQ to refine global expansion strategy.

Account Management & Growth


•Manage client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to expansion.


•Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.


•Ensure long-term client success with the support of HQ’s operations team.

Future Leadership Potential


•Once market traction is achieved, contribute to opening a local office.


•Take on leadership responsibilities and grow a regional team.

YOUR PROFILE : A HUNTER WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL DRIVE

Must-have


•Native English speaker or fully bilingual (other european languages are a plus).


•Minimum 3 years in B2B sales (SDR, Business Development, or Account Executive).


•Proven track record in negotiation and closing high-ticket deals.


•Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, proactive, and eager to build from scratch.


•Comfortable in a fast-paced, international startup/scale-up environment.


•Strong skills in CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).

Nice-to-have


•Experience in retail, hospitality, mobility, or entertainment.


•Prior experience launching or scaling a new market.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Location: Paris (hybrid), with occasional travel to the UK.


Contract: Full-time permanent position.


Compensation: Fixed salary + uncapped commissions.


Start date: ASAP.
