Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our Japanese market operations. This role focuses on client communication, project coordination, and ensuring the smooth delivery of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and proposals.
  • Maintain clear documentation and support workflow improvements.


Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English to professionally interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in marketing/digital marketing projects is a plus.


Working Conditions

  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • Remote, you’ll need your own PC or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM JST, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Occasional attendance at onsite events may be required to support client activities and team initiatives.
