Job Description
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and project coordination.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and client documents.
- Create/edit marketing collaterals and social media posts.
- Support owner with admin, operations, and sourcing tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Less than 1 year in admin, marketing, or assistant role; internship/freelance experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
