About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Admissions Manager to drive student acquisition and manage admissions activity across a group of premium education institutions we work with internationally.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the full funnel, from first enquiry to enrolment. You’ll plan campaigns, manage performance, work closely with schools and partners, and make sure admissions runs smoothly and intelligently.
You’ll be part of a growing India-based team, working closely with international stakeholders, agencies, and school leadership teams. If you like ownership, variety, and real accountability, this role will suit you.
What you’ll do (along with your team)
Marketing & Growth
- Plan and manage annual and term-wise marketing and admissions campaigns
- Drive lead generation through paid media, email marketing, websites, events, and partnerships
- Work with internal teams to optimise paid social, PPC, and website performance
- Manage email campaigns for enquiries, admissions, offers, onboarding, and retention
- Oversee creation of marketing assets, signage, and promotional materials
- Track performance, analyse data, and continuously improve conversion rates
Admissions
- Manage the end-to-end admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment
- Monitor admissions targets, pipelines, and conversion metrics
- Build and manage automated CRM journeys for nurturing, admissions, and onboarding
- Coordinate closely with school teams to ensure a high-quality parent and student experience
- Ensure admissions communication is compliant and well-governed
Stakeholder & Budget Management
- Act as the bridge between schools, internal teams, and external partners
- Manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple stakeholders
- Track marketing and admissions budgets, invoices, ROI, and forecasts
International Exposure
- Coordinate regularly with international clients and school leadership teams
- Travel internationally 2–3 times a year, as required, for meetings, school visits, or events

Experience required
- 5 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or consumer acquisition roles
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Hands-on admissions or lead-to-conversion experience (education sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, email journeys, and analytics
- Experience working with agencies and internal teams
- Comfortable managing budgets, reporting performance, and presenting insights
- Prior exposure to education, schools, or complex service-led organisations is a strong plus
