About PD Consulting

PD Consulting is a strategy-first consulting platform that helps early-stage startups, student founders, and MSMEs build lean, sustainable businesses. We work across sectors like wellness, education, agriculture, and digital growth with a focus on clarity, community, and long-term value.

We are currently scaling our student outreach, startup collaboration network, and digital product ecosystem and are looking for a marketing advisor to guide and mentor our interns and strategic direction.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Advisor, youll support the founder and core team by:

  • Providing strategic direction for brand visibility and lead generation
  • Guiding and mentoring interns executing organic marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
  • Reviewing content and campaign ideas aligned to each venture
  • Offering advice on community growth, funnel design, and audience engagement
  • Occasionally co-creating digital outreach playbooks or campaign briefs

This is not an execution-heavy role were looking for someone who can guide, review, and mentor with minimal supervision.

Who You Are

  • 25+ years in digital marketing, content, or growth roles
  • Strong understanding of organic marketing, funnels, and audience psychology
  • Comfortable working async and offering structured input in limited hours
  • Excited to support student-led and early-stage businesses grow from zero
  • Interested in long-term collaboration or impact-driven projects
