Summary

We are currently looking for a Marketing Aftersales Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As part of the NIBU Americas (Nissan Importers Business Unit), the Marketing Aftersales Specialist will support the Aftersales team in executing marketing strategies, managing promotional materials, and analyzing performance to drive business growth. This role involves strong collaboration with internal teams and external marketing and media agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to both customers and dealer networks.

A Day in the Life:

  • Marketing Materials & Campaigns: Prepare and update marketing content together with marketing and media agencies for customers and dealer networks, including bulletins, brochures, catalogs, and special promotions.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor category performance, review aftermarket offers and provide regular and ad-hoc analysis on products and industry trends.
  • Budget & Supplier Management: Oversee budget execution, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Organize events, trips, and special projects for the Aftersales area, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with agencies and internal teams, support the Commercial Aftersales Team in achieving the Business Plan, and apply service retention strategies.
  • Strong cross functional work with product development and pricing areas.
  • Who We’re Looking for:

    Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, engineering or related fields. Genuinely interested in product, traditional and digital marketing.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing or communication (automotive industry and aftersales roles desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate: formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Knowledge of social media tools (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
  • Intermediate English level - Fluent (written and spoken) for communication with 34 LATAM countries. Japon/ USA
  • Travel Required: Partial availability 20% (travel for events and implementations inside and outside the country)
  • Desired:

  • AI knowledge is a plus.

  • Familiarity with statistical tools and CRM platforms.
