Marketing & Administration Assistant – JLL

Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our team based on site across a small portfolio of retail assets. Ideal candidate is a people person who can multi‑task, stay calm under conflicting priorities, and enjoys a varied workload.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute and implement campaigns, promotions and activities per the marketing plan.
  • Ensure the centre maintains high levels of presentation.
  • Establish relationships with retailers and encourage maximum participation in centre promotions and events.
  • Attend to customers and contractors that enter the reception area with a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Perform general administrative duties as specified by the Centre Manager.
