**Position Summary:**



The Marketing and Communications Specialist builds understanding, trust, and engagement with job seekers, partners, employers, and the Province of Alberta. This role leads outreach and engagement activities, creates clear and culturally responsive communications, manages digital and internal messaging, and ensures all materials meet quality standards. By working collaboratively and using feedback, the Specialist helps make employment services accessible, visible, and aligned with Alberta’s priorities.
