Job Description

The Marketing Assistant supports the planning and execution of the company’s marketing activities, with a strong focus on client-facing communication and promotional activities for municipal clients, as well as the smooth day-to-day operation of the Marketing team.

The role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Account Manager, and Project Manager, contributing to campaigns, content creation, reporting, and other Marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for client communication, supporting the coordination of marketing actions and assisting in the monitoring of contractual obligations, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Support the planning, execution, and reporting of social media and email marketing campaigns for the company and its municipal clients
