Marketing Assistant

The Role:

Advisory Group K.K. is partnering with a leading technology company to recruit a Marketing Assistant for their Japan Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to join an international environment and support exciting projects with both local and global teams.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with external marketing agencies, preparing and sharing key materials.
• Join meetings with the UK Marketing team (some outside Japan business hours).
• Support the planning and preparation of fan community events.
• Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks and documentation.

Ideal Profile:

What we’re looking for:

• English: Business–Native level.
• Japanese: Native or Bilingual level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

Work style:

• 4–5 days per week.
• Hybrid: 2–3 days in office.
