BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Assistant will provide critical support to the Marketing Manager/Supervisor in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing programs, campaigns, and events aimed at driving customer engagement and brand visibility.

This role is hands-on and requires both customer-facing coordination and back-end administrative work, including:

  • Assisting in the execution of marketing-led customer-facing events, including tech updates, webinars, and on-site activations
  • Conducting telemarketing outreach and follow-up calls to invite existing and potential customers to events and campaigns
  • Managing and updating invitation trackers, RSVP sheets, call logs, and providing follow-through support with the sales team
  • Coordinating the distribution of email invitations (EDMs), monitoring open/click rates, and doing follow-ups for no-response or declined contacts
