Job Description
- Working closely with the pre-sale engineers
- Providing administrative support to the pre-sales engineers
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents (proposal, contracts etc.)
- Understanding company product and brand
- Collaborating with the internal teams, client and partners
- Ensure that the documentation requirements and other legal documents are complete and valid
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Persuading and negotiating skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills
- Good customer service skills
- Preferrably resides near Ortigas Center, Pasig City
