Job Description

  • Working closely with the pre-sale engineers
  • Providing administrative support to the pre-sales engineers
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents (proposal, contracts etc.)
  • Understanding company product and brand
  • Collaborating with the internal teams, client and partners
  • Ensure that the documentation requirements and other legal documents are complete and valid

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any related course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Persuading and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Preferrably resides near Ortigas Center, Pasig City
