Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Virtual Marketing Assistant on behalf of a health and wellness practice in the US. The Virtual Marketing Assistant will serve as a key member and direct point of contact for patients—communicating through text, phone calls, and voicemails via our CRM platform. The primary focus will be to engage with patients in a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned manner to schedule appointments and support their health and wellness journey. The client is looking for someone with a strong background in medical, fitness, and health/wellness, who also has sales and/or customer service experience.
