Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing and conducting product knowledge trainings for store staff, promodisers and other retail partners.
  • Ensure training materials are updated, accurate and aligned with current marketing campaigns and product releases.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, product launches, and marketing activations.
  • Conduct store visits to monitor visual merchandising, product analysis, and promotional compliance.
  • Manage communication with store teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Responsibilities also include documentation and reporting on store visit findings, offering recommendations, and supplying related photos for management review.
  • Support the Marketing Head in preparing and maintaining monthly activity summaries and reports, budget monitoring, and internal coordination.
