Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to help advertise, promote, and grow our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, and a passion for the fragrance and/or home décor industry. This role will support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to advertise and grow the brand across digital channels

Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation, flows, and performance tracking

Assist with brand storytelling, product launches, and promotional initiatives

Collaborate with creative and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
