Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Automation to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week in office downtown Toronto.
The Marketing Automation Manager will act as the right hand support for the Sr Marketing Manager. In addition to supporting the development of junior SMFC developers on the team, there will also be a focus on strategic planning and maximizing the MarTech stack to deliver highly personalized, relevant communications — all aligned to a one-client view.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and maintain standards, processes and procedures as required, ensuring their alignment with the latest industry best practices and standards as defined by the Enterprise Digital Center of Excellence team.
• Investigate and resolve deliverability issues as they arise.
• Adhere to a production schedule to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
