Our client is a growing EPC/EPCM organization with experience in delivering complex and large-scale industrial projects, with specialization in Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, NPK, and advanced technologies.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Business Development, Marketing & Proposals team. The role combines business development, client engagement, marketing strategy, and bid/proposal management to help the company secure new projects and expand its market footprint.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Marketing
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic & international EPC/EPCM markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, licensors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to support business strategy.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Develop marketing collaterals, presentations, case studies, and digital content to strengthen brand presence. Bidding & Proposals
• Manage the complete bid cycle including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and pre qualification documents.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals, tender documentation, and presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B. E./B. Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical preferred) + MBA (Marketing/International Business) desirable.
• Experience: 15+ years in business development, marketing, and proposals/tendering in the EPC/EPCM space of green hydrogen green ammonia, fertilizers & chemicals.
