Codebase is a young software services company with a great pool of tech-savvy developers. We started in the spring of 2018, and have been growing aggressively. We are located in Pune, India, and serve software product companies across the globe; focusing on enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, cloud, and application development. 

We are looking for proactive and motivated Marketing & Business Development Interns to support our growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing campaigns, lead generation, client engagement, and sales support, providing a strong foundation for a career in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Support content creation for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Support lead generation activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and database management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and business development efforts.
  • Participate in client communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Track and report on marketing and business development activities.
  • Support campaign analysis and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in marketing, sales, and business development functions.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
