We are seeking an Assistant Merchandise Planner to support merchandise planning through forecasting, performance analysis, and stock optimisation. Working closely with planning and production teams, this role plays a key part in ensuring product availability across channels while delivering clear, data‑led insights that inform commercial decisions. Admin, CRM & Internal Communications (50%)

  • Conduct daily diary check‑ins and manage scheduling priorities for the CEO.
  • Coordinate email follow‑ups between the CEO and clients or stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings across multiple time zones with accuracy.
  • Upload, tag, and maintain CRM contact records, including removing duplicates.
