Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our Customer Marketing team on a fixed-term contract . You’ll help shape data-driven campaigns by building dashboards , optimising customer segmentation , and delivering actionable insights that drive results in a fast-paced telco environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards (Tableau) for campaign and performance reporting .
• Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Partner with marketing managers to design, test, and evaluate campaigns.
• Prepare regular reporting with clear, actionable recommendations
