We are currently looking for a Marketing Cloud Deliverability & Performance Sr Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, Aguascalientes or Toluca. As an Email Deliverability & Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing Marketing email campaigns and to monitor emails deliverability, gather performance metrics, and prepare reporting or dashboards with relevant KPIs, as part of RTB activities as well as multi-platform projects implementations. You will collaborate across function business and IS teams from project discovery through implementation and post go-live. Email Deliverability & Performance Specialist using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Platform and Salesforce CRM-A to monitor, track and report on campaign performance working closely with Marketing Stakeholders to improve and optimize customer marketing journeys. Requires ability to develop solutions cross-cloud, specifically under CRM Analytics Platform, to create cross domain reporting and insights.
A Day in the Life:
- IP Reputation Define strategies to maintain proper levels of reputation.
- Email deliverability Monitor deliverability and related metrics (opens, clicks...)
- Reports and Dashboards design, build and create actionable insights from relevant data.
- QA execute and document proper testing of email campaigns
- ISP Relationship to solve issues related to blocking or blacklisting
- Problem Solving act independently and collaborate (as needed) to solve complex business and technical problems
- Think Big but Act in Present Able to visualize big picture and / or roadmaps but act in present to deliver solutions in agile framework. Break down complex issues into easily explainable terms, in a business voice.
- Team Player and Collaborative to ensure working with business and IS teams, business analysts, project managers, program managers and executive sponsors
- Knowledge and experience of Automotive OEM industry a plus.
Who We're Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 Years Information Systems / Digital experience with emphasis in the following:
- Minimum 2 years' experience using mailing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, MailChimp, Adobe Experience Cloud, IBM Unica Campaign or equivalent).
- Experience using Email Testing/QA tools, to validate rendering and copy accuracy.
- IP reputation
- Campaign monitoring, reporting and deliverability
- CRM Analytics
- Relationship with ISPs to remediate blocking and blacklisting issues
- Upper intermediate English
Desired:
- Advanced English desired
- Advanced Technical Degree preferred
