Roles and Responsibilities

The role exists to lead and manage the communication rolled out from the Chairman’s desk to internal andexternal stakeholders throughout the year and collaborate with the Chairman’s office and the agency on board,work across teams including Marketing, PR to build and evolve the brand story to drive impactfulcommunication and efficiently manage the deliverablesResponsibilitiesDrive the Annual Communication plan
Develop and manage the content plan for this communication in line with strategic and
operational requirements as advised by theChairman’s Office
Collaborate with the chairman’s office and agency on board to plan, review & give feedback on creative and copy, propose improvements,
edit and write content for a variety of communication topics
Evaluate the communication strategy which is in line with the Brand’s vision, mission, values, and relevant to the current times
The communication is centred around various topics:
-Festive occasions
-Important National Holidays
-Internal Events: Anniversaries of HMCL
subsidiaries, Town halls, etc.
-ESG related topics
-Invitation for Sports Events

Platforms used for dissemination of communication:
-Emailers
-Social Media platforms
-Digital Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp)

Set up a project flow, track the requirements & deliverables on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to meet timelinesSet up KPIs to evaluate the performance of the agency on board basis the communication delivered Quarterly basisCarry out other Need based marketing communication projects
