Job Title: Marketing Communication Manager

Role Overview:
The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support retail and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand-aligned marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels
- Manage brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency across campaigns, retail, and digital platforms
- Lead content creation for campaigns, lookbooks, catalogues, social media, website, and in-store communication
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with creative agencies, PR partners, influencers, photographers, and stylists
- Work closely with design, retail, e-commerce, and social media teams to ensure cohesive communication
- Oversee PR activities, media coverage, press releases, and brand collaborations
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines
- Track campaign performance and derive insights to optimize communication strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling 360° marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies
- Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking
