Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research on coffee consumption trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Analyze customer data, feedback, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance (digital and offline), providing actionable insights. Support product development with consumer insights, demand forecasting, and market segmentation. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to share findings with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor industry publications, market intelligence platforms, and social media for relevant insights. Collaborate with the sales, product, and branding teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
