Role Overview

UMENCO is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a new brand which are committed to premium fabrics, tailored fits and unwavering styles for a fashion forward capsule wardrobe. 

In this pivotal position, the Marketing Coordinator will lead marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, CRM and community engagement, working closely with the founder and General Manager. While day-to-day social media will be handled by the Social Media Coordinator, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for aligning broader marketing efforts, briefing the creative team and ensuring cohesive execution across the channels. The successful talent will collaborate across departments to bring stories to life, managing campaign shoots and executing content that resonates with the brands growing audience.

The role will include full ownership of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, influencer outreach and email marketing via Klaviyo. The Marketing Coordinator will conceptualise shoots, develop moodboards, coordinate talent and brief product selections for EDMs. The successful talent will also oversee database growth and segmentation, support collection launches and manage homepage updates. Influencer gifting, community collaborations and content copywriting are all key elements of the role, requiring creativity, attention to detail and strong communication skills.

The ideal talent will have 2-4 years of experience in fashion, beauty or direct to consumer marketing. Exceptional organisational and analytical skills are required as well as experience with Shopify and the creative suite. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across brand, content, CRM/EDM and community initiatives.
